Hello, I am Tianlu Pang. This is my public notebook for research and technical notes. The first set covers synchrotron radiation and soft X-ray absorption spectroscopy (sXAS): what the light source is, what a spectrum actually reads, how to separate XANES from EXAFS, and how a typical experiment runs from sample to spectrum.
